Archie, Shelly, and three Team Aqua Grunts went deep inside the cave and found a room where Kyogre was resting. Archie woke it up with the Blue Orb, after which Kyogre transformed into Primal Kyogre and started to go on a rampage throughout the Hoenn region.
Where to find the escape rope in Seafloor Cavern?
Go east and jump down one of the ledges, and use the Dowsing Machine in the southeast area to find a hidden Escape Rope. Go through the door in the middle of this room. Use Strength to push the boulder north. Then go to the northwest corner of this room and use the exit there. You will be back in the first room.
Where are the boulders in the Seafloor Cavern?
Go through the door to the north to enter the next room. Two large boulders are located in this room. Use a Pokemon with HM04 Strength to move them around. All you need to do is push them into the square-shaped holes near each. Two Team Aqua /Magma Grunts may challenge you to a battle in this room.
